The Mindworks URBAN RETREAT!

Along with Wishwell Institute we will host an URBAN RETREAT on Bayron Katies technique: "THE WORK". This self-development technique aims at helping you identify which beliefs hold you back and how you can face your shades and use this to push you forward. 
We will also have yoga, mindfulness practices and great healthy food throughout the day!

What is Mindfulness? 

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not get overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us. We practice mindfulness by maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and the surrounding environment.

Flavia Laterman

A Brazilian living in Vienna since 2008, I offered soft-skills trainings in organizations in Brazil. In Vienna, I got a Masters degree from Lauder Business School in 2011.
After suffering from anxiety for a year in 2013 and trying different treatments, I finally got rid of my symptoms through a disciplined Mindfulness practice. I knew this was something that could help many people and I decided this was what I wanted to work with. Since then I have done various courses on Mindfulness including the certification as MIO Trainer (Mindfulness in Organizations). I am also a certified yoga and restorative yoga instructor.
